The video captures a chain of large spherical unidentified flying objects, climbing on an inclined path. In the night sky the outlines of buildings are virtually indistinguishable -only glowing window.
Objects on the video flicker and are white. So they captured the camera. Although visually observed moving smoothly and evenly illuminated balloons-red crimson color.
