  1. You don't have to hit the gym for two and three hours each day to lose weight, but it does help to squeeze in 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Vinson had participants keep their normal diet and exercise routines (or lack thereof) and merely added the green coffee. Now, the average healthy amount people are supposed to lose is 2 pounds per week.
