One of the organizers of the expedition, Stephen Makkulla emphasizes that the purpose of travel to remote African jungle - that documents the existence of an unknown representatives of flora and fauna. "We have received reports of eyewitnesses that the region has seen spiders the size of a large dog and dinosaurs. In his first expedition, we may not meet the very Mokele-mbebe, but we believe that three months can find significant traces of its habitat in this the region "- said Makkulla.
"Right now, we think, what equipment to use for catching large animals in their expedition. Let's take a rifle loaded with tranquilizer, but it remains a controversial issue - whether to use a tool to combat such an animal as Mokele-mbebe" - Makkulla said.
